Having joined Luxury Escrow, Inc. in July 2018 as the escrow manager, Dusty brought with her almost two decades of escrow experience. Like many in the escrow field, she began her career as a receptionist but quickly moved up the ranks to Escrow Assistant and shortly thereafter Escrow Officer. Taking a brief hiatus from her escrow career in late 2009 she ventured to the lending side, working for a direct lender as a GFE/Compliance Auditor/Funding Assistant/Loan Document Specialist until coming back to escrow in July 2012.

Her focus is on residential resale, for sale by owner, trust/probate transactions, land, manufactured home and refinances; but she is also proficient in reverse mortgages, seller carrybacks. She feels that it’s important to be knowledgeable in all aspects of a real estate transaction to effectively assist in a smooth transaction.

With this in mind, Dusty takes continued education classes to keep up to date with laws and procedures, and has completed courses in Principles of Real Estate, Legal Aspects of Real Estate and Financial Accounting. Knowledge, attentiveness to each transaction, and communication are paramount to building lasting relationships with clients.

It is Dusty’s goal to continue to build those lasting relationships with all those that work with Luxury Escrow, Inc.

Having  joined Luxury Escrow, Inc. in July 2020, Jocelyne got her foot in the door with escrow by becoming a receptionist and quickly moved up the rank to an escrow assistant.

Jocelyne is experienced in assisting with all types of escrow transactions. She has taken multiple escrow classes  to continue to grow her knowledge in escrow. She is very supportive, accessible and a team player in her role.

Not only is she the escrow assistant, Jocelyne is a licensed notary and is Luxury Escrow's marketing manager.

Joseph Singleton is an entrepreneur who has started, built, bought, and sold dozens of diverse businesses in several industries over the last 40 years. Joseph is currently the CEO of Luxury Escrow, Inc. which he started with his good friend in 2017.

Joseph was able to fulfill a lifetime dream of living in Italy a few years ago and created Casa Degli Angeli, a luxury country villa that also grows fruit, nuts, and olive oil.

Joseph was born in downtown Los Angeles, grew up in Glendora, raised his four children in Chino and Upland, and now lives in Fermo Italy with his beloved cat, Belli.
